350 Challenge
While CW San Diego is not a fully-equipped repair facility, our laser tech can perform many of the repairs frequently needed by laser printers, including replacement of fusers and rollers. We only offer repair for laser printers. The majority of inkjet printers are not meant to be repaired so no replacement parts are available.
We offer free diagnosis and complimentary cleaning of customer’s laser printers. Once a diagnosis has been made of the problem and we determine that it’s something that we can repair, we only charge $40 an hour for labor and the cost of the parts. This pricing is very competitive with other shops who often charge $65 an hour just to determine what’s wrong with the machine.
We also offer free pickup and delivery of your printer and for businesses we will arrange a substitute printer if repairs are going to deny you the use of a printer. We do ask that you allow 1-3 business days for a complete diagnosis.
We are able to repair most makes and models of printer. If you have a specialty printer (unusual brand or large format/plotter) you should call first so we can see if parts are available.
As an added service we provide phone-based tech support after the repair.
